The Nike Women’s Training 24 x 24 pack includes a jacket, tank, bra and shorts, all of which pack into the jacket. In an effort to use lightweight cooling materials that were still performance-ready and durable, Nike women’s training designers turned to woven fabrics, which are lighter and typically stronger than knit materials typically used in T-shirts.
It also includes shoes that complete the look. Together, the five pieces weigh just 24 ounces and provide lightweight, breathable training product in a simple-to-stash way, making it easier to get active whenever wherever.

NIKE DRY TRAINING JACKET
An adjustable waistband lets you fine-tune fit. The perforated woven fabric vents and can be stretched in any direction. A bomber-style collar amps up the silhouette. Pack it into its left pocket and it converts to a carrying pouch — there will still be room for other apparel items or things like keys, lip gloss and a credit card.
NIKE FLEX TRAINING TANK
The lightweight woven fabric and loose fit create an airy feel. Thin straps, wide armholes and an open back keep you cool and dry. The high neckline and drop hem offer extra coverage and ease of movement.
NIKE INDY BREATHE SPORTS BRA
This light-support bra is made with a cooling fabric and is constructed in a new way (with the spacer fabric on the outside) to remove an extra layer. The V-neck silhouette and molded cups provide a flattering shape, while thin double shoulder straps are fun to show.
NIKE FLEX BLISS TRAINING SHORTS
The two-in-one design offers confidence in the form of length and a close fit in the first layer (a perforated jersey fabric with four-way stretch) and minimal, lightweight coverage in the flowy top layer that moves easily during lunges and squats. The grosgrain ribbon waistband is grippy and won’t budge even when you do.
