This fantastic Aromatic Fougere fragrance is for those who love Dior Sauvage (especially the EDP version) but crave a more rounded, smoothed version of that fragrance. It was launched in 2017 and packs top notes such as Bergamot and Pepper, middle notes the likes of Lavender, Metallic notes, Coal, and Watery Notes, as well as base notes like Ambroxan and Patchouli.
One fragrance that is a nice freshy for the gym (or works well for teenagers and young twentysomethings) is Diesel Only the Brave is an Amber Woody fragrance that was released back in 2009 and sports top notes that includes Amalfi Lemon and Mandarin Orange, while the middle notes are constituted of Violet, Virginia Cedar and Coriander, and the base notes includes Amber, Leather, and French.
Versace Man Eau Fraiche
This Woody Aquatic fragrance for men was developed by famous perfumer Olivier Cresp and features top notes including Lemon, Bergamot, the very unique Carambola (Star Fruit), Cardamom and Brazilian Rosewood, with middle notes such as Cedar, Pepper and Sage as well as base notes the likes of Musk, Woodsy Notes, Saffron, Amber and sycamore.

For those in the market for a dollip of nostalgia and who are on a tight budget, the deodarant spray version of Hugo Boss Bottled might be worth a look for a daily deodarant and signature gym scent. It goes for less than R300 from retailers like Clicks and Takealot. This Woody Spicy scent that was popular in the late ninetees and early 2000s boasts top notes such as Apple, Plum, Lemon, and Bergamot along with middle notes like Cinnamon and Mahogany, and is rounded out by base notes such as Sandalwood, Cedar, and Vetiver.
