Mopar, the brand dedicated to service, spare parts and customer care for FCA vehicles, is continuing its evolution towards maximum customer satisfaction and excellence in logistics. After having recently announced the conversion of the time-honoured Fiat plant in Rivalta (TO) into an innovative warehouse, Mopar will be joining the eCommerce world on Monday with the goal of satisfying customers by offering them the convenience of purchasing online.

The innovative service is developed on the Amazon Marketplace platform and will provide answers to the needs of an increasingly technological and digitised customers and follow growing global demand. Over the past twelve months, Mopar has supplied over 47,000 tons of spare parts and accessories to support over 7,000 dealers and workshops in the EMEA Region alone. The new sales channel directly targets end users and will initially feature an assortment of over 1300 prevalently DIY-oriented items. All customers will be able to find products compatible with their car quickly and safely using the Amazon My Garage application.
